The staff was attentive and very very helpful, gave advice about the city. The location was perfect - near pubs and restaurants. There was Genro-Zushi near the hotel. Everything was simply perfect.

Located close to the metro and in a quiet area in Umeda, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the city. Situated in a hipster neighborhood not too far from Osaka station, guests can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and numerous boutique shops and restaurants nearby. the room is spacious, with basic facilities such as a balcony, TV, mini fridge, and comfortable bedding. the hotel also has a rooftop garden with a hammock and a fantastic view of the quaint neighborhood.
The exhaust fan in the toilet room can be noisy and annoying, especially when it runs throughout the night.

I recently stayed at Briller Nakazaki in Osaka for a few nights and had a great experience. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other accommodations in Japan. The hotel itself was new and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with just a short walk to Nakazakicho Station and a few minutes walk to Umeda. Additionally, the hotel offered a beautiful view of the Osaka skyline from our balcony, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Briller Nakazaki for its comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.
I can recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. The hotel was located in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of cafes and shops, and it was close to the subway and train stations. The rooftop balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
The room lacked shelving, tables, and wall hooks, which made it difficult to keep things organized. There was also a lack of amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, and there was no drinking water available.

We had a pleasant stay at Briller Nakazaki. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, allowing us to rest comfortably. Although there was a lack of shelving and tables, we managed to make do. The bathroom could have used some towel rails, but we made use of the sink tap downstairs for drinking water. it was a decent stay and good value for money.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to help us locate a lost wallet. The room was spacious and the art added a cool vibe. Streaming to the flat-screen TV was super convenient. The location was fantastic, with interesting shops and a short walk to the subway. The rooftop garden provided a jaw-dropping view of the surroundings. The hotel even shipped our forgotten jewelry to our next destination without any extra fees. The bed was incredibly comfy and the mini fridge was a great addition. this hidden gem offered amazing value for money. Highly recommend!

The only improvement I would suggest is expanding the breakfast selection.
